I have used the services of Universal / Spears a few times for work. We have special circumstances that make scheduling an appointment a little more challenging than usual, as we provide support to an individual who isn't able to easily leave his house or when  he does, he isn't able to stay out long. Monica at Universal bent over backwards to accomodate us last week and they've done it for us before in order to replace an old hot water tank. On behalf of the man we support, I can't say THANK YOU enough!

I have worked with Universal Plumbing and Heating for a number of years. During the time they have provided professional plumbing and heating services to help me maintain my home and keep if functioning at its full capacity. Great knowledge and expertise.

Very bad experience. Installed a boiler and had to keep coming back because it wasn't working. It kept breaking for a full year. Then they blamed me for it not working??? To give them some credit they finally fixed the issue, but I had to fight to make them.

I have worked with Merlin on a couple of projects over the past couple of years. I find that they are quick, professional, and great people to work with.
