David is a great guy! I had this huge clog on my kitchen and washroom sink and David wouldn't give up fixing the problem. He also provided us with important tips of how to use the garburator properly and what to avoid. Overall great experience for a last minute emergency. Thanks for your hard work David!

We had an issue with our shower knob as it fell off which caused the faucet to start leaking. It was a Sunday and I didn't think they would answer since I called about three 24/7 plumbing companies in Vancouver and no one was answering. However, Rooters answered my call right when I dialled the number. I explained my situation to Dave on the phone, and since I have no idea about plumbing I didn't know how much work this fix would require but Dave knew that this was a quick fix. Instead of just coming over and charging me over $100 like some plumbers would, he asked me to FaceTime him and he walked me through what I needed to do. It was a lot simpler than I thought it would be and he even gave me his expert advice free of charge. I didn't have the tools to finish the job however, so he dropped by for a quick minute to get me going on the right track. When the issue with our shower had started we thought it would cost us over $100 for sure, but gladly we contacted Dave who is one of the most genuine and kind businessmen/plumbers out there. We were able to fix our shower knob, learn something about plumbing and get in touch with a great plumber if we need someone in the future. Thanks Dave, you're the best!
