From start to finish, Lambert Plumbing and Heating was courteous and professional. Brandon J, the plumber, was excellent. He arrived on time and explained exactly what he was doing when replacing our garburator and did it efficiently, promptly and with good attention to detail. He seemed very knowledgeable in his field and explained which pipes were good and when steel braided hoses needed to be checked. He was great with my questions as well when I wanted him to look at the pipes elsewhere in the condo. I would definitely recommend him!

Had a great experience with Dan at Lambert Plumbing this week. Called on a Friday afternoon expecting to potentially pay overtime since it was getting close to 5PM, but they had a tech in the area who was out in less than 2 hours to fix things. The problem was a little more complicated than either of us anticipated but it still only took Dan an hour or less to get it sorted. If I have a plumbing issue in the future Lambert will definitely be my first call.

Our kitchen sink was badly plugged. Dan from Lambert came yesterday to fix it. He did a terrific job. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also gave us some tips on different things we can do to prevent future plugging. Everything is now working perfectly. Thank you Dan.

we are a local plumbing contractor in the lower mainland, one of literally thousands, todays first big rain storm this season, an important customer called me today to help with a drain backup in his expensive building in Vancouver and we are at maximum capacity like most contractors in our city, after calling 15 plumbing contractors to try and help my customer, Lambert answered and is attending as promised. That right there says a whole hell of a lot about this company. Keep up the good work guys, Ive had a few people I know work there and they have had nothing but great things to say about the company, the people and the owner(s). Very refreshing!

I had several issues with my garburator, shower faucet, and toilet. Ms. Gina gave me a kind reply immediately for my e-mail inquiry. At first, I was not really comfortable about the fact that they do not offer free-estimation, and the charge is based on the time they take. But relying upon all the good reviews, I decided to try out their service. Mr. Brandon came right on time as scheduled, and he was AWESOME. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was so prompt, and didn’t take any unnecessary extra time at all. The garburator and toilet was fixed almost right away. My shower fixture couldn’t be fixed today because it was not a standard type so the parts had to be ordered, but he was considerate to check if the parts can be covered by the warranty before ordering them. I think I can definitely rely on Lambert again for follow-up repairs and more. Thank you Lambert and Mr. Brandon!
