R&B Plumbing & Heating is a first class business.  I have had occasion to need R&B's services to help my mom with a leaking pipe.  The technician was professional and efficient and did a great job!! The service and staff at R&B Plumbing and heating are wonderful.

We noticed a small  drip from the roof of our unfinished basement. R and B were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. Adam arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed a leak from the toilet above, taking care to check that it was just the seal and not the pipes. He took extra care to use a double seal and fixed the wobble with shims to hopefully prevent problems in the future. A simple problem, but a job well done.

I found the service provided by R&B Plumbing and Heating to be very good. The work was done efficiently and at the scheduled time. Courteous and professional, I would recommend them for plumbing work.

I was not pleased with my experience with R&B, they charged me for an estimate without ever providing me with anything close to an accurate estimate. Instead they charged me by the hour and took over a month to install 3 heat pumps. My understanding is that charging over $10000 to install 3 heat pumps (not including the cost of the units) is excessive. They were very familiar with the scope of the work from start to finish, there was no excuse for this.
