Worst plumbing company in Vancouver! Way overpriced most expensive company and all just a name this company techs are not even that skilled and the owner is a greedy man who doesn't treat his employees good don't go with milani any plumbing company is better than this one it is just a name don't be fooled the quality will never be there!

Service itself was good but the scheduling was a joke. They originally told me 8-10 AM, then it got pushed to 10-2, then 2:30+. A guy finally showed up at 5:30 - 6:00ish. He was great and did a good job but I paid for same day tank removal which did not happen. In fact, the tank was not removed for many days after (8) despite me calling each and every day to beg them to remove the tank that I paid them to remove. Remember the Brian Ferry song "don't pay the ferryman until ... other side"?. That applies. They still have not completed the job 36 days later. The exhaust pipe needs updating to a thicker steel and even though they got the permit and told COV they would do it, it remains undone.

Euguene cleaned all our house ducts. He was great. Efficient and thorough and oh so nice! Love Milani! They have the best employees.

Milani Plumbing Drainage and Heating was great - they were prompt to arrive and dealt with our issue in an efficient and professional manner - we are very happy with the service.
