Zero star!!  WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Their technicians are rude, pushy and if you don't like it, they'll just walk right out of your home after you have waiting 3 hours for them to arrive and do the work...hence wasting your time and the opportunity to call another plumbing company that has guys that have 101 people skills, can explain to you what the problem is and are 1/2 decent....They called me to APOLOGY..but no service, no discount offer for bad service and time wasting...nothing...Imagine!! I WILL NEVER CALL THESE GUYS AGAIN...AND I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD EITHER! BE CAREFUL!!! THERE ARE LOTS OF PLUMBING COMPANIES TO WORK WITH. CHOOSE CAREFULLY!!

Worst of worst service in the calling!!!!!

The price is very high, unreasonable.

 As i am a general contractor, i paid to my journeyman $45 - 55$ per hour.

You guys  charge to client 275$ of first calling and traveling charge plus hourly charge. It seems too high.

Last year I got a service from your company. To replace hot water tank and cleaning of furnance. At that time I was in Edmonton to build hotel and warehouse. Even though your price was high at that time, I did. 

Today I called again to get service because I am in Edmonton.
A guy got a call and explained price again. He told me a plumber will visit  at my home late night. Suddenly he changed his mind and hang up on  me . The reason  I was laugh at him. It is very FUNNY.

I am not laugh at him as calling.

Anyway don't do business like that.
Also I felt very bad. 

I did disclose the price of plumbing industry even though YOU GUYS NEVER CHANGE YOUR PRICE.

William of High Mark came to my place this week to fix a problem and investigate another. William was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, fixed our problem, and solved the other issues without having to do unnecessary repairs or replacements. I will definitely use High Mark if I need plumbing services in the future.

This company wasted our time on two occasions. 

First visit: A young man arrived at 8:00am to check our pipes. After he left we received a call from the company that he did the testing at the wrong time of the day - which the company had specifically scheduled with the understanding that our time was limited.

So we coordinated a second time with the company. We asked for 8:00 am (due to our work schedules) and for the company to properly coordinate with the businesses below our unit this time. They assured us it wouldn't be a problem.

Second visit: It is 8:30 am and no one has arrived. Our schedule is tight, so we call the company who lets us know that their employee is in traffic. At 8:40 am their employee arrives. It is the same young man as last time. He indicates that he was scheduled to start at 8:30 am and not 8:00 am. Moreover, that he can't work on our unit until 9:00 am. 

Absolutely not impressed with this company.

They were very quick and helpful, and were completely transparent about the pricing. No hesitation in recommending them.
