This is the second time I’ve used Pioneer.  I️ needed an emergency call and within 20 minutes they showed up. The service was exceptional and fixed my radiant heating unit. Very happy to have a go to plumbing/heating team.

So impressed with this company! Amazing service! Devin was so proficient, diligent and efficient in dealing with our plumbing issues. We were especially thrilled when he fixed a second unscheduled more difficult problem in record time, saving us money!! This is a great company with fair pricing! Everyone we spoke to went above and beyond!! Thank you Curtis, Justin, and Devin for a really wonderful experience in a panic situation!! It was a great relief to deal with such an ethical team!

Called the company to have my gas leak fixed.  People in the company were friendly, but I had a bad experience after that.  They scheduled to come over in three days.  I was impressed to know they could come right away during this busy season.  After requesting a day off and rescheduling an appointment, I was informed the appointment needed to be cancelled a day prior.  It was re-scheduled to the following week and the technician came on time and was friendly, but I was suggested to replaced my entire heating system for $7,500 because he can't guarantee how long his work would last.  Due to a big financial burden, I called their office to discuss a different option; no call back.  Since they were too busy to respond, I found another technician to check my system.  I was informed my system would last another 30 years and it cost me $80 to fix and flush the system.

My boiler worked without issue for years, for some reason we decided to bring someone in and just do a "QC" on the furnace.  Appointment was made and set up.  Technician was beyond late without letting us know.  No problem though as it got looked at; cost seemed reasonable enough.  Couple weeks later, boiler fails and heat is off.  I call and i'm told couple days and same technician so there is continuity.   Well, once again communication was average at best (they get average as i called them on the follow up and they actually picked up) - and this bill was higher than the original call out.   While a little expensive for what was done, not out of this world.  Most of the poor rating comes from communication - Pioneer, hope you read this and make that improvement where/if you can.   End of the day  - my furnace is working again.

Pioneer plumbing and heating were great to work with, their tradesmen are very professional, polite and prompt. They completely rebuilt our hydronic heating system, on time and for a reasonable price. A shout out to Zac who was very generous in taking the time to walk me through our very complicated system and ensure I was comfortable with the work preformed. 5 Stars.
