Universal health pharmacy #8 castleridge

Marco is awesome. Personally I prefer going during the week. He's very understanding and has always been helpful and if you call ahead refills are ready. Never waited more than ten minutes. He takes the time to know his customers. It really makes it personal.

My personal experience with this pharmacy and the ower is a Great hard working man.Ive been going to this pharmacy since it opened and my entire family goes there .My daughter has a medication she takes monthly and the cost is high he is alway willing to help me out.My mother passed away last year and he was so kind and understanding to my whole family.I belive the remark I read earlier about speaking there language from the help he has hired is true to a point but realizing that it's his help not his Drug Store and tries to help anyone who comes in and If you have experienced that from the staff please let him know what happened and he will I promise fix the issue with you the next time. Realizing he is the Owner and wants to continue to receive new customers and definitely keep the one he has he needs you and your business so 1 bad experience. My Apologies for him and his service but his service is normally. Quick .friendly, and Helpful service to you insurance and understands were not all Rich and and can afford to pay for name brand prices....Trust me the service is much faster then our local ..Drug store (name brand) Thanks and my promise if you had a bad experience. ..let him know he will fix the problem! !
