Dr. Qaiser was my previous family Doctor, now I have moved on to a clinic that doesn't keep me waiting. Dr. Qaiser is great, this clinic and how it's run is not. Good luck seeing the Dr at your actual appointment time. You wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment to see your GP. The clinic says the reason for this is patients discussing more than one issue - sorry, but I'm going to go over my full list when I need to book off a day of work in order to see someone here! If patients need more time per appointment which they clearly do than book longer appointments rather than appointments every ten minutes. The reception staff are also incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Need a form filled out? Its 50/50 if it actually gets faxed off. Prescription refill? You'll be back and forth with the clinic and pharmacy for days until you're forced to book off MORE work time to come in to get your meds refilled. Absolutely terrible clinic, it's a real shame there are good Doctors here.

I was advised that my appointment was at 10:45am. When I got there, they said it's actually 11:45am. I was about to leave and come back but then the staff said it's fine to check in now, giving me the impression that I would be seen earlier. I ended up seeing the doctor at 12:15 30 minutes past the 11:45am appointment time in their system, which means I was there for over 1.5 hours. The doctor is great.

The worst when you are in pain. They will tell you there is no appointments available for 1 week so you can just die. I don’t recommend that clinic at all. They can be good once and that’s it. No walk ins as well

Amazing service! if you are thinking of immigration medical please visit there! They submitted my medical as soon as they got my lab results! Thank you everyone and keep it up

Sorry for leaving a message here. I tried to reach you quite some times to check my family's appointment and change it, but I could not reach you. I couldn't even leave a voice mail. There was no confirming call. I was waiting for the confirming call so long, and finally, you called me just now, but you hung up already while I was taking out my phone from the bag. I called back soon but I couldn't reach you either. Now I have a new work and study schedule for the winter term. Thus, I need to check the appointment time and reschedule it. Please call me back. I visited for the first time yesterday with my beloved wife. Our doctor listened to us well, gave detailed answers, and kindly informed each of us what we needed. I'm glad I met a good person like Dr. Kang. Thanks all

You want appointment from Dr Qaiser , that means 2 week delay....not accepting walk in either...you may have less wait at hospital than these folks... It looks like Dr Qaiser has now moved on looking to immigration medicals only ...high time they declare this clinic as immigration medicals ONLY

I took time off from work it ll be deducted from my payroll for appointment for myself I waited till 4:30, no communication from the front desk or Doctor. Left clinic without attended by the doctor... changing the family physician due to interminable wait time even with appointments

They don't undertand anything. I Spent my entire breaking speaking to two different people and no one understood anything. At the end only to say come in we can't do anything over the phone. I just wanted to give my insurance information to see if a medication was covered. It didn't have to be filled right away!!! I know how pharmacy works! Avoid avoiding avoid if you don't want your mental health disturbed guys!!!!

Don't book COVID-19 vaccine with this clinic, you'll west your time. More than one hour for nothing. They did not even say anything to me about why they are taking soooooo long time.
