Shoppers Drug Mart

Tried to return a perfume on Saturday Jan 18 at 6:20 pm, a sales associate was trying to sell me a story how their store is unique and they do not process refunds. Interesting how she makes up lies on the fly. She tried to give the the Manager's phone number but failed again. A complete fail... And why don't they state it on the receipt, then? That their store is so unique.That is why I do not want to give them my business anymore. I know Market Mall sales associates are the best so I will get it resolved there. But 500 Country Hills SDM is the worst in the city.

She’s an absolute sweetheart; helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my prescription. Her professionalism and caring attitude truly stood out.nnHighly recommend this location for great pharmacy service!

Purchased a defective item at the store, went to exchange it and they would not exchange the item for me due to the nature of the item. However, this item was not used, it was broken to begin with. When I tried explaining the situation, the employee asked when I purchased it and I told them Black Friday Nov 29, they tried to add that it was past the 30 day exchange window, but the day I tried to exchange was Dec 27 - almost as if they were trying to find any excuse to turn me away.nnThey did advise me to go through the manufacturer, which is an idea I don't normally think of.nnWill take my business else where.

Tried to switch pharmacies to be closer to my work. Has been an unmitigated disaster. Taking pills from a big bottle to a small bottle takes 1 hour apparently at shoppers at any time of day. I suppose this is so I waste more time shopping in the store. Last time they texted me to say my prescription was filled and I drove to get it but they only had 7 of the 100 pills required. Now I get to make another trip. Clearly not a well run pharmacy.

I was in country hills location on Dec 1 and served by this employee Rabia. I find her to be extremely courteous helpful and patient. I must commend having an employee like Rabia would made me wanted me visit shoppers many many times. She made my day!
