Shoppers Drug Mart

Very happy with service of Bernie pharmacist and his team. I came to pick up a med tonight and received 5 start service. They were so busy but they filled the prescription so quickly and i am so happy. ED IS GREAT man. Penny is excellent. I recommend this place. I will come back to this team for sure.

I went into anaphylactic shock while on my way to the airport in Calgary. We were close to this pharmacy and so chose to go there to try and find emergency help. The pharmacist on shift was amazing. She administered an epi pen while her co-worker called the paramedics. The pharmacist stayed with me, lending much comfort until the paramedics got there. They were helpful with my daughters who needed directions from the pharmacy. I wish I had gotten the pharmacist's name and had been able to thank her. Her kindness and service was far above and beyond what may have been expected.

Very unprofessional staff at the post office in the country hills shoppers drug mart. The female employee talked about Netflix to her male co worker during my transaction and then walked away. They need basic training on opening and closing greetings and work appropriate conversation.
