Very rude pharmacist. Poor customer service, he didn't even know the basic ethics of speaking with customers. Behaves like he is giving free services to Albertans. If the manager is that much frustrated with his job, he should change the job and learns some manners.

I usually deal with owner, u got my prescription renewed for the .path, which the week prior I had pn 10 pills for anxiety left, I need the remai ing a.ou t for the month and the shampoo and inhalers, the lady pharmacist was rude, tried to didactic to meand  asicaically refused to refill my prescription,  I have been within pharmacy for over 85 years..wo t EVER GO  ACK AGAIN DUE TO HER@@@ dormae goldberg

I was with my husband for his Covid booster vaccine.  The person administering the vaccine did not introduce herself.  I asked her what dose she was giving.  She said she did not know the dose, only the volume.  I had to look at the vial myself.  When I looked at how much she had drawn up in the syringe, she squirted some out.  I suppose it isn't that important to get an exact dose.  It appeared that she just quickly wanted to give the injection and not answer questions.  I had to stop her from injecting when she had not answered questions.  Clearly there was no understanding of informed consent.  She said there was no need to wait for 15 minutes in the pharmacy after the vaccine.  The vaccine record does not have the lot number of the vaccine.  Why not?  This certainly was a very different experience than our previous Covid vaccinations at a community health clinic by a public health nurse.  We did not feel safe at this pharmacy.

I had excellent experience in Randle pharmacy today the pharmacist assistant Sahar was very kind, professional and helpful. I will transfer all my family’s prescriptions here I didn’t have to wait for long as well to pick up my and my kids drugs

After I booked my Covid-19 Booster online with this Pharmacy, the Pharmacy cancelled my booking several days later. They just did this by throwing out a cold system-generated email and even without a phone call notifying me the cancellation and the reason. Now I have to look at everywhere getting my booster booked ASAP with some other pharmacies! So impolite and irresponsible. They wasted a lot of valuable time of people in urgent need of Covid-19 boosters during pandemic. Not impressed. If you want government funding you need to do the work you are paid for. Definitely not recommend this pharmacy to anyone else.

This is the best Travel pharmacy in town! Mr. Jamal is one of the most courteous and professional pharmacists I have ever encountered! He was extremely informative when I was planning an excursion to Uganda. He ensured my family and friends received their Covid vaccines on time. In fact, a few friends mentioned that Mr. Jamal has one of the subtlest touches with a needle.

I've dealt with Ahmed and his staff for the past 4 years. My family & I have always been treated extremely well. This Pharmacy is extremely proactive & professional.  Ihighly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience in this pharmacy. Been going there for 2 years now. The pharmacists and the staff are very nice and helpful. Providing excellent patient care.The prices are affordable and fairly acceptable. They provide quick and efficient services. Always greet their customers with a big smile.

It was such an incredible experience to have my booster and flu shot in this Pharmacy. Good Service, and most importantly Kind People.
