Safeway Pharmacy Beddington

Complete garbage pharmacy. I don’t have my medications today thanks to them. Very long wait times, sometimes hours just to reach them by phone. They won’t fill more than 30 pills at a time for a 100 dose prescription, so they can charge multiple dispensing fees. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

What kind of store suggests to go to another store to get a much needed prescription? I use the automated to try!!!! being helpful to you!!!!!you got your wish, Safeway. we are going somewhere else as per your suggestion. Tired of your constant harassment by not honoring prescriptions and phone calling me to start a fight. I guess Safeway is looking to close another store! Shameful!!! I deserve an apology!!!!! Over thirty years of faithful customers you have now abused!!!

Wait times at this location are just too long in comparison to other pharmacies around. The staff are always very pleasant to deal with

The people that work here are complete trash and don't know how to treat customers. I don't know how many times they have got the meds wrong or late and now I'm adding lying to the list. Go anywhere elses cause they dont deserve your time.

Very slow, it takes hrs just to ask any questions, worst customer service ever . To pick a medication you have to wait for hrs

I dont have a problem with staff attitude and think they are ok. But the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Last time I will go there, went in for 2 pills for a prescription for my daughters anxiety. 2 hour wait, takea hour to load each pill. I have dealt with this Safeway for 12 years now. And they have the worst wait times in the city. It truly is sad how long it takes to have a prescription filled

If I could put more stars I would. It was really nice to be treated so kind, especially after the last couple pharmacies I had been to. The Ladies that were working at that time went above and beyond. I thank them for being such wonderful Humans!!!

I've been going here for 5 years and the service has been good. The pharmacists have caught a couple of incorrect prescriptions given out by walkin clinics. In early 2017 they lost the refill records for a few of our prescriptions which was a pain but now seem to have got their new computer system running properly.

Went back twice to have prescription filled only to be told to come back next day as the were out of generic, Then I CALLED to make sure and was told prescription would be be ready and waiting for me on my lunch brake only to be told to wait 20 - 30 minutes. So Very unprofessional.

Been going to this pharmacy for two decades. Most staff are friendly and will go out of their way to provide service. As any establishments there are staff that aren't as great.
