Sobeys Pharmacy Country Hills

The Pharmacist told me to wait my prescription until 7pm been waiting for so long the delivery is not here yet till 9pm! I really need my prescription so badly I called them again and they told me the delivery guy just left 1min ago that was around 7pm and till now nothing and it's already 9-11pm!! I'm so upset with their service!

Decided to get my vaccine and chose the closest place to home. Well they couldn’t find my husbands appointment and so he ended up rescheduling with AHS themselves at a later time somewhere else in the city. The pharmacist didn’t even show me the vile, and already had a preloaded needle. Wasn’t sure if what she gave me was actually the Covid vaccine. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have no record found with them saying I even got my first dose. Not able to get a QR code because of it and this is just frustrating. My second dose will definitely not be here again. My husband told me that when he booked with an AHS clinic themselves, it was very professional and they showed him exactly what he was getting injected into his body. He received a QR code within the same day as well. This Sobeys pharmacy has failed me.

The pharmacy manager Rick and his team are absolutely fantastic! They are so patient with my elderly mom, are always taking the time to go through her medications with us and just go above and beyond. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you are in Coventry/panorama area.

My wife and I have consistently dealt with Megan and Rick. Both of them have been extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile whether it means making a phone call to our physician's or alternative suggestions for medications. Thanks so much for your hard work and effort. It is a joy to deal with your team.

What's the point in online prescription refills if you don't actually refill it? Even called to make sure the name brand was in and was told it was, upon arrival for pickup the next day I was they would need to order it. Apparently their inventory is wrong and they had a fill in pharmacist provide info? Should have been ready yesterday, now I have to wait 2 more days for a prescription I am unable to refill even 1 day sooner than authorized. Very disappointed & felt like they didn't care at all. Only 2nd time here and I can tell they do not have good internal procedures at all. Pretty sure if inventory is missing, you should be auditing everything and inquiring your staff...

A little young fellow named Deklan who works in produce helped me choose my delicious and juicy fruits with his delicate mind and his great fruit sense. I ended up going home with some nice and crisp apples and some other sweet and juicy fruits. I would come back again just to be served by this guy. If all the service is like that I would come again.

Always have a good experience. The staff actually seem to care and are nice. The manager is very sweet and personable every time I see him.

The staff are great and always friendly and helpful but every time I come to the Sobey's which is literally five minutes from my house the carts do you not have child straps. I have been shopping at the Sobey's more than a year and still no straps it makes it very difficult when I have a 19-month-old trying to do jump out of the cart like a ninja. Makes my shopping experience 10 times harder . And is a bit of a liability issue .

Inquired about a medication and was pretty much told that they weren't interested in assisting patients with this type of need. All about the money....obviously no patient care there. Take your business elsewhere folks!

I'm leaving this rating for the grocery store. Great selection and friendly staff. Never really had an issue, but it tends to be more costly than other supermarkets.
