Very helpful staff. We wanted some things that weren't in stock so they brought them in, set them aside, and called us to let us know when they arrived. Even helped get things to our car. Great experience there again.

Eric sized us up for every piece of goalie equipment my little guy needs - and was SO helpful and instructive! He gave us info on when and where to buy the best used equipment, and exactly what to look for in new. Highly recommend!! (We bought a new helmet that my boy loves too!)

I decided to buy a new bike and after going to several stores this United Cycle was by far the best. The sales person (Greg) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without pushing me into buying more than I needed. I'll be a loyal customer now. Highly recommend.

Been going to UC for years now and I always get great customer service. My transition from mountain bikes to road bikes along with one speeds was flawless with the assistance of the highly knowledgeable staff members here. I always have a great experience at United Cycle. Highly recommend!!

I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Two years ago I brought my DH bike in for a Silver tune up and the fellow recommended that I buy a new chain, pretty standard. I said no problem but I came back exactly a year later and did not ride my bike very much that season. I came in for another Silver tune just to be told the same thing; and that my shifting problems had been because I had been sold the wrong chain. I needed to buy another chain to fix their problem. I then needed to have my brakes bled but that wasn't done properly because when I went to ride my bike three months later I had zero brake pressure. I've been a customer since before UC expanded buildings over a decade ago but I have a hard time getting good service when I am always talking to a new face.
