Racks For Cars is a retailer of outdoor gear for active families with two locations in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We carry cargo boxes and racks for bikes, skis, kayaks, canoes, and more from Thule, Yakima, SportRack, Inno, Kuat, Rhino-Rack, and Arvika. Our rack technicians assemble and install all sorts of unique racks at our two store locations.

The bike rack itself is incredible. Strong and well build. The customer service is great. They contacted us immediately after seeing we had not ordered a critical piece. And, they were very helpful and great to work with. The only issue we has was with the instruction. The bike rack written instructions are awful. Terrible at best. Plan on spending a good lone weekend putting it together. Seriously.

This is a well built receiver for the front of a fifth wheel. It can be configured multiple ways to fit your application. Racks For Cars was very helpful with questions. Highly recommend!

Everything is final at this store as long as you have no problems or concerns. As soon as we questioned them, they became very hard to deal with. We even called the owner and he told us that working in retail is hard and customers don’t understand. Yes, being yelled at across the room and that being acceptable to the owner is hard for me to understand. I just want to be treated fairly and with respect. It’s frustrating to be excited to go get outfitted for fun summer activities and then being treated badly and feel like you don’t even want to do it all. The experience was very uncomfortable and I would never go back.

I spoke with the staff an explained my level of biking, type of terrain, and quality of bike rack I was looking for. They listened and gave me several options and explained each rack in detail. I was very impressed with their selection and vast knowledge of their product. Once my rack was ordered it was delivered within a week. I was impressed again. Recommend this company to anyone
