Honestly the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. It’s been very busy every time I have gone in and still every staff member I encountered was beyond helpful - answered all of my questions, went out of their way to help me find something, and the flowers themselves have always been both beautiful and fresh!
how to rate a place the category of which lies beyond one's competence to assess .. l accompanied a friend to help carry buckets and load bunches of flowers .. the establishment is in a commercial area with the mood of transactions, of well established and even onorous routines with various staff humdrumming their hours, interacting in character .. from warm, friendly, cheery and helpful to dull, resentful, withdrawn and uncomfortable. that's what l encountered in less than 10 minutes of experience here. So, take the 3 star rating with a huge grain of salt, as they say. .. I'll close by saying that l had fun, but that's more a statement of my demeanor than that of the establishment at United. Cheers!
Great quality control when purchasing flowers from local and international greenhouses/growers. The packaging was nice, the flowers looked and smelled great. We got a great deal at auction! Their support staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Quick and easily online stock list with photos. Would definitely recommend this wholesaler!
