I won't come to this location again. My dad and I felt stressed out from all the pushing around from the workers with carts to reshelve. I understand that they need to shelve their produce, but there is a professional way around it without disrespecting customers.nnAlso, they tend to change the prices in their computer system without changing it for the customers. For example, the price for the cauliflower showed $2.99 each, but they charged me almost double at $4.99. If I did not pay attention at the cash service, I would have been overcharged. When I pointed it out and showed them from taking a photo, they just said that the manager changed it and they would not even accept the price that was showing for the customers.nnSo I told them to take it off the list as they keyed it in for charge. In all the other grocery stores, they'd validate if this was the error on their end, which in this case, it was.nnWhy should I have to pay attention to this while putting my groceries into the bag at the same time and paying for the bill?!nnAlso, they're not really cheaper than any other grocery store. I shop around a lot. They definitely make up their profit with price cheating. So, overall, not worth doing business with them. They really need to take into account lower star customer reviews and start making some positive changes for their business. No one wants them to close, but to improve.
Like to come and look at all the dried fruit. Come for organic pomegranate juice. Also fresh fruit. Came again today for vegetable and fruit. Surprised total was less than $10 as easily over $10 at nearby save on supermarket. Bought carrots celery cucumber apples
We find recently that there are expired foods, old fruits and vegetables that are not eatable, double the prices in some items. Not competitive with other grocery stores any more. think the new management do not care about the customers. Just money in their pockets.
They certainly don’t care about the customer experience.nThe parking is so small. I got stuck there because somebody parked right behind my car.nThe store is so untidy. I was barely able to walk inside the store.nnI’m not sure how city is allowing them to operate. There must be some standards in place to allow food businesses to operate.nnI mean how they control the food safety?nEverything is left outside and unattended.nnI’m not going back there but I hope they fix those problems before it’s too late for their business.
Bad experienced, over charged me today September 8, 2024 I keep on calling no is answering. I did not buy the item they charged me. Muscott mandarin
