Awful... they treat people here like garbage both staff and patients. This place pretends to take care of people. Upper management has no idea to do their job and they don't care when they do anything. They don't pay their bills on time, and as I said upper management is incompetent. I had such a bad experience working with these guys over a year and a half, I made a formal complaint to the Hospital Employers Union which also didn't bother to respond. This whole organization is a giant click and doesn't care about anyone or anything but themselves. The only way to make this place better will be for more people to complain to the union about how they treat people with their condescending attitude and little to no skill to do their job. The executive director is incompetent should not be in their position when they don't know how to lead. If you want proof find me online.
If you're a contractor and you never want to get paid on time. Then do work for these guys. You'll surely never get paid on time even when they tell you you're going to be. Then, if you try to work it out with them, they will just fire you. The executive director who has no idea how to do her own job as well facility will just treat you crap and pretend it no big deal. As a family business who does exceptional service, I would never work for these guys again in a million years and other contractors need to know how they operate.
Amazing care, my dad Svend was diagnosed with dementia and was in the hospital declining rapidly. Once he was transferred to this facility he has improved so much! Thank you for taking care of our loved ones! We wish we could have him home but with our schedule we can not provide 24 hour care. We truly appreciate all you do
Mom likes it here. Patients need visitors: Maybe welcoming atmosphere for visitors and patients? if there was a store or anything there for visitors to do with patients on site: We are frustrated with Doctors care or lack of but we like George Derby and the staff are lovely. Maybe lose the weird covid stuff:
The worst communication ever. I have left 3 messages to inquire about a room for my mom and they simply do not call back. On top of the 3 messages, I have called multiple times and no one ever picks up; always goes to voicemail. This alone should be warning enough to stay away from this place.
