Went to the clinic several times as walk in patients with my family and the experience with different physicians has been really good. The staff is also polite and helpful. The booking system belongs to a third party company and can be slow in response and frustrating during weekdays. It was super easy to schedule during weekends or holidays.
Dr. Lee is not my family doctor. I am just a walk-in patient. Dr. Lee is always fully booked. For the last few weeks, I was lucky to grab other patient's cancelled appointments to have phone consultations with him.nnDr. Lee is a knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and caring. Though I am not his regular patient, he treated me nicely. Many thanks to Dr. Lee.nnThe staff of Kensington Medication Clinic is also friendly and helpful.
The worst experience ever booking appointment with them. Everyday SUPPOSEDLY they open the walk in spots at 7 AM. But I tried continuously booking for few days in a row but the website crashes immediately. Even if you reach the booking page somehow and it is showing some available spots, the moment you click onto it, never reaches the final booking confirmation because again the website crashes and by 7:01 you will see FULLY BOOKED tagnNever wasting my time again booking for the worst service ever.nGood luck to all those who sit with their phones and laptops in the mornings just to see they have wasted their time. Please find some other walk in clinic
Cannot recommend Dr. Clement enough. She is kind, caring, smart, and really listens and understand you. I had a 7-9 month referral wait time on a very small incision procedure and she ended up taking the course herself and doing it for me. This got me out of pain so many months sooner and I cannot thank her enough for this.
The doctors are amazing, but their walk-in service is one of the worst. Their site crashes all the time and if you make an appointment exactly at 7AM it takes an eternity to load, so by 7:01AM all the spots are filled. It’s not my connection because I’ve tried it on different devices, connections, and even places.nnNot only that but it’s not accessible at all. My mother cannot use the internet for the life of her, so I have to do it for her. I can imagine other people also having the same issue and especially if you’re older. If you go there in person they will tell you that you need to have booked a walk-in appointment PRIOR to coming in, that you can’t book it in person anymore and that RIDICULOUS. You can’t call because they never answer their phones. We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years now because it’s the closest to us and we do not have a family doctor.nnPlease fix your scheduling service. It can’t be that if I try to make an appointment at 6:59AM it’s too early to ‘book it’ but if I wait until 7:01AM for the system to load, it tells me all the spots are filled and while I wait for this one to load, any other clinics I had in mind are already full. Waste of time.
