Worst and frustrating expreience as customer. They called me multiple times that asked me to book for family doctor as I was assigned. Website didn't work. I attemped to call back and their phone was always auto-directing to leave msg. I queried by email. They sent the email to book that appointment was scheduled. On the day, they said it was not my child, but another child with same name. They didn't apologize on that. What is such totally unprofessional processing and waste of time?
Dr Ana Pesantez is amazing, helped me to have a dx and treatment after being undiagnosed for more than a year. She is profesional, patient and actually cares. The staff at reception is friendly and nice as well! Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was charged $235 for a Botox injection fee without being properly informed beforehand. I never received an email with the pricing details, despite mentioning this to the receptionist and discussing my financial concerns with the doctor during the appointment. I clearly stated that I couldn’t afford that amount.nnInstead of addressing the issue with understanding, the clinic’s manager, Jordan, called me after the appointment and insisted that the charge couldn’t be refunded because the service had already been provided. There was no accountability from their side, and I was essentially blamed for their lack of communication.nnThis experience felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to others. Transparency and respectful communication are the bare minimum in healthcare settings, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. Dr. Chio was extremely friendly and caring, which was a pleasant surprise. Booking the appointment online was pretty easy as well.
