Two years ago, my fiance was travelling to meet me at my university. We were both post-secondary students at the time, and she appeared somewhat younger than she actually was. When purchasing a ticket in Union station, the teller asked her where she was going. My fiance answered that she was going to see her fiance. The teller lost it and told her what a bad decision she was making. That she was too young. That God wouldn't like this sort of thing. Seriously - what is wrong with your staff VIA Rail? Your tickets are too expensive. You have dismissive customer service. Straight up rude staff. Why am I paying out the nose to meet unkind people who work for your company?

Le système en ligne n'est vraiment pas à point et ne respecte pas les demandes d'assignation des places. Ça fait plusieurs fois que je leur signale et aucune action a été prise.
