Under Armour Factory House

Went in this morning to buy a pair of Cold Gear pants. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. There seemed to be full complement of staff and they were all smiling and pleasant. As I wondered through the store, each one took the time to answer my questions with a patience that is not always common in the retail sector. I am not a shopper, but the staff were so pleasant that I did ask about support in the shoes as I have arthritis and am on my feet all day. The gentleman I spent time with in the shoe department, was patient and courteous, pleasant and had great knowledge about shoes. I am very pleased with the service that I was given from everyone. Spoke to a few customers while waiting at Cash and all comments were postive. Time will tell if the shoes work for me, but their return policy is sensational. This is the first time I was in this store and am very pleased with every staff member I spoke with. I will definitely shop here again.

I recently bought 4 pairs of shorts from Under Armour just took them out to wash them and realized the security tag is still on 3 out of the 4 of them. I called to see what they could do as I live almost 2 hrs away, and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. So because of something they messed up on I am out 3 pairs of shorts. They didn't even try to help or even offer any advice of telling me to go somewhere else to try and get it taken off. Will never buy from this store again.
