Henry's

I love this store. I would also have to say that I’m very sad I no longer live in the Niagara Region. I hope everyone there keeps up their great service and has many more successful years ahead of them.

I stopped by the store on Sat Nov. 11 around 9:35 in the morning not knowing what time the store opened. A very very nice young man came to the door and asked if he could help me. I told him that I was just looking to buy a battery for my camera but would come back when they opened at 10. He immediately told me to come in out of the cold. Henry's did not carry the battery that I was looking for (as it was an older camera) but the young man went on Canon web site and looked it up for me. He was extremely helpful and I really appreciated the fact that he was willing to help before store hours. I will definitely go back to Henry's as the service was way beyond what I ever could of expected. GREAT JOB

I have lived in St. Catherines all my life and while I have seen the bright orange sign many times, I didn't know what Henry's was until today. I have been scouring the city for a tripod - tablet adapter and they're like unicorns, but today I captured one! It's not very often that you get greeted by smiling employees this close to Christmas but that is exactly what happened. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And bonus! I got coupons for free photos! Definitely worth making it your first stop for all of your photo video and digital media needs! Very happy customer!

I went in to get a few items for a trip. The amazing clerk really listened to my specific needs and preferences, and made great, practical suggestions. As a bonus, he was probably just as excited about travel as me. Thank you so much, I will definately be back!
