Great selection of new records. Just wish it was open on a more regular basis. The people are great I don't have any other complaints.

I have placed many orders with SRC now and I have been very happy with all of them. Very fast response time when submitting inquires and always helpful. I highly recommend this store. Update: This store continues to provide some of the best customer service out there. You are always a priority with SRC.

Absolute outstanding service from SRC, but mainly Carly! I had a few issues concerning back orders and so on in which she fix and cleared up 100% very effiecently. Nothing was an issue and replied to every contact I made no matter how big or small! Cheers!

I have been a longtime customer of SRC Vinyl's online store. I have always had a good experience and often find rare variants of vinyl released in small quantities, often unavailable or sold out on other websites. I was particularly happy with the customer service I received this week. I ordered a very limited colored copy of a record and when it arrived, Side B had a terrible skip - a manufacturing issue, since the shipping was done in SRC's usual high quality, well protected packaging. I contacted SRC, and heard from customer service right away. I was asked to make a video of the skip - since the vinyl is so limited, SRC was sold out, and they needed something to send the record label to get them to send me a replacement disk. One day later, I got the word that the label is sending me a replacement today. Another pleasant transaction with SRC mail order, and hat's off to Carly for her helpful customer support!

Carly @ SRC couldn't have been more accommodating in rectifying what could have been a catastrophic event. i ordered The xx's 7" 'On Hold' and received just the picture sleeve. Ugh. Thought that it was ironic that the shipment of the actual vinyl may be 'on hold'. But alas after a very timely reply from Carly and what must have been an exhausting search they found the orphaned 45 all alone on the warehouse shelf, reached out om with the good news and promptly sent me a fresh copy! Nice work SRC and Carly and the missing disc operatives in the stockroom! I will order again and again.
