I booked my appointment on line. I had made them aware I couldn't wear a mask at the time of booking. I showed up on time for appointment at 11:00 am. The customer rep insisted that I wear a mask even after I made him aware I couldn't for a condition I had. There was no one else in the store he had his mask on and was behind a enclosed plastic partition. There was no valid reason not to respect my situation. I am appalled at the lack of knowledge the worker had about the legislation. It was a pure power trip he was on. I will never buy from Bell Canada again. I own a business with 10 mobile phones. I shall take my business elsewhere in the future.
Had an excellent experience with Natalie. She was very helpful on finding the right phone for me, and the perfect plan for my needs. She was patient with all my questions and would definitely recommend her and this store!
I had a horrible service from Rogers and went into the store to find a way out of my contract, I met Amanda and not only did she get me out of Rogers, she set me up with new iPhones and got me a better package then I had with more perks and less money!!! Goes to show you how great management and friendly service can go the extra mile. I will shop at this store in future purchases
Had a horrible experience. Called to know a couple of things but the Rep was extremely rude & impolite. Forget customer service he should first learn basic politeness.
Natalie has been very helpful with myself & my husband Terry in setting up our phones. She is very patient and goes out of her way to answer all our questions. We really appreciate the amazing service

I've been to this store a few times now and will continue to use this particular location. The manager has helped me on more then one occasion with pointing out my best options. This last time I didn't have allot of time so it was helpful that I was able to get in and out quickly with exactly what I needed.
Great service and friendly staff. I had the opportunity of dealing with Natalie while I was in the store and she was extremely knowledgeable in helping me out and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!
