Rude employee with terrible attitude - refused to have my item returned that I ordered online because I had tried it on ?. It was in perfect condition and with packaging. He came up with some B.S. excuse. Had to go to a different location to have my item returned where I was able to it with no issues whatsoever.

Everyone here is really rude. Employees yelling at us multiple times that they close in 5 minutes while we were about to checkout. We know you close. We were getting ready to leave. No one offered help for anything and they were very rude to the person checking out in front of us. I don't recommend this place in the slightest. Bad customer service and the store was a mess.

Customer service is excellent, they are hard-working and very nice with you. The place is super gorgeous, I loved it. Also, they offer a huge variety of series, movies and videogames merchandise. Here you can find a lot of accessories, clothing, hats, caps, socks, belts and more of every geek thing you love. Besides, they have promos and discounts. Highly recommended.

Hot topic has always been a good place to get t-shirts for bands. They sell some other funny stuff, I like it.

This store is alright. They don't really have a decent selection of anime merch. But its a good store to shop for a friend.

Great shopping experience, great customer service

I'm starting to not like this hot topic. First there is a line to wait in I understand there is a pandemic but barely any stores do this maximum capacity and line stuff anymore. Second there is a maximum capacity. Lastly once you get in the store you barely find anything you want in there. There are barely any sizes, shirts, and accessories. I had to wait all that time in the line just to come out empty handed

Great variety of merchandise!

Love the store, but seems like the AC has problems. Always seems pretty hot when i go in.
