Niagara on the Lake Campus Bookstore

The manager was rude and short with me. I’m a sponsored student going into my second year. I handed them my sponsorship letter and she said she was too busy to set up my account to purchase books. The campus store was empty at the time. She told me to come back in a couple days. I explained to her that my classes have already started and I need my books for assignments that are due the following week. She did not care and did not work to try and resolve anything with me. I guess I’ll be losing out on marks because the manager of the campus store refuses to work with &/or help students.

I've gone to university twice and attended the College merely to get some more hands on skills. Though the teachers are not bad they rank about the same as everywhere else. In fact some of them shouldn't be teaching at all as they barely teach a lesson and more there simply to hear their own voice. It is nothing special by a long shot. Unless you're an idiot - but given as the average of my 300+ classmates was 63% and the passing grade is a mere 60% who is to say - this is the sort of college that any nitwit can graduate from. The program I took was so basic that I didn't even have to study after all and still ended up in the Honours.

The book store is terrible. You have to keep your backpack outside of the store; I have never seen that before in my life. The store is small enough to keep an eye on people, so its weird that they would rather have people potentially getting their stuff stolen from their backpacks. They order 10 books for a class of 50 people and have no intention of ordering more. Absolutely ridiculous. Order on amazon.

EXTREMELY rude. I was calling to follow up on an order and the girl who answered refused to give any information and I was rushed off the phone with a "it'll take some time, bye." and then she hung up on me. Get some staff who can actually perform under pressure.

Very helpful staff, well-organized/maintained, but unfortunately like any college bookstore everything is far too expensive. Extremely convenient and great if you have the cash, but the prices are just too far off average costs to deserve 5 stars.

The quality of education is very poor. Bad location of the campus, sometimes is hard to reach the college. The bus schedule is sucks. Housing prices are very high. The prices for books are two times higher at NC store than in other places.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bookshelves felt jammed too close together near the back, but there was plenty of stock for the textbook I needed.

The staff make the bookstore. A very nice group of people. The Christmas event is Airways a good chance to pick up a few gifts.

Very beautiful campus and library staff is amazing best two years of my life spent here

Purchase your books here new or used. You can get Niagara College sweet pants, hoodies, mittens, candy and stationary supply to name a few things.
