U.S. Bank Branch

My experience with Us Bank has always been bad unfortunately and has only gotten worst to the point that is time to share what's been boiling up inside. This last shady move from the Bank to one of my sons did it for me so here is my story. Back in 2010 we joined Us Bank and only because as an employee back then it was mandatory you had to open an account for a direct deposit. Unfortunately we made the mistake of moving all our financial accounts here, the only reason we did that was to avoid the headache of juggling multiple accounts. Through out the years we have complaint of their un-reliable system that they praise so much and promote for their marketing. What finally made me loose my cool with this place is how they robed one of my sons with OD fees for a low balance of -$1.72 an issue that happen on his account for the first time. When the account went negative they made no effort to inform us in any way as they claim they do. We were never notify via e-mail, text, phone or letter until the second OD when they e-mailed us finally. When we try to get management to address the issue they were like leaches unwilling to reverse any of the fees they were sucking us for. The only time this bank is there for you is when you open an account and when they rob you legally with fees in situations like this etc specially here at Us bank. I hope you think twice before you open an account here this place is been a headache for too long now. Unfortunately leaving this jerks is not that simple because you have everything financially setup through them on everything you do. But time does takes care of everything and the first opportunity I get to leave them I take my business some where else where my business will be welcome. Please do note: Not everyone at that branch are a pain in the rear, we have also had the pleasure to deal with very pleasant and respectful staff that deserve credit for the professionalism. Management there specially Antonia and the other Jerk a pain in the rear money sucking leaches.

This is our bank. We've been going there for years. The folks are great and always helpful. Everything you'd want in a bank.
