Oct. 4th, I needed bank service in this branch, had a super duper experience. I went to the branch directly from ferry, 15 minute early before 9AM. When I entered the door, I saw serval people ahead of me, and the branch manager was politely greeting us, I was serviced by Kassandra, she was such pleasant, made me feel warm welcome. Her professional appearance made me feel confident of her service. The facility of this office is very clean and well organized.

The people at this bank really helped us yesterday. We live in the San Juans, depending primarily on online or over-the-phone services on the rare occasions we need it. My wife ran into some issues with a simple wire transfer and had to make a mad dash at the very last minute to this branch to get it done. With the hectic ferry schedule she was able to get in just before closing and they were able to help her out with no hassle. Thank you all very much!

Banking service is getting worse and worse with time. It just depends what day you come in on the quality and competency of the staff. I hate having to pay fees to cash checks written on my own bank "because the systems are saying there is a fee". Still better than Bank of America, but the big banks don't have the customer service of the credit unions. Not even close.

Justin Peterson branch manager lack of information and communication wasn't pleasant! Customer service and the branch have two different answers for me. At the end I didn't receive the help or the correct information from either of them! This was suppose to be easy and guaranteed.

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Even my 16 year old couldn't believe it. I believe his name his Bryson, the person we had the appointment with. He acted extremely annoyed from even before we sat down. I don't know how he has a job there treating customers that way. I will not be returning to thelat branch again.

I have banked with Chase for a few years. Ive noticed they are impersonal but its a bank so, who cares? But recently when trying to make a purchase online with my debitcard, I was denied. I had plenty of funds so I thought it must be because it was August and my card said 8/18. I was annoyed because I felt the bank shouldve sent me an updated card well ahead of time. I went to the Mount Vernon College waybranch to pull funds to put in another bank so I could make my purchase and to get an updated card. They were very unconcerned about the inconvenience and when I asked for an updated card they said one would be sent mid-month it was 8/10 so it was a waste to have them order one. I thought they were lazy but I was in a hurry to get my money to the other bank so I left it at that. Today, 9/1 I tried to buy gas and was declined. The updated card never showed up. I called the main Chase # because it is Labor Day weekend and I have no access to my money. She said Im sorry youll have to wait for card to get ordered and arrive...well over a week AND she said, we have record we sent you a card in July. Well if thats the case why didnt the branch say so or even check rather than lie/laze out and just tell me to chill one is coming? Chase has lost a customer forever but I am quite sure they wont notice or even care. If you havent “joined” yet then DO NOT. The power of reviews is all we have left when dealing with impersonal money grabbers like Chase.

This location is aweful! It makes me want to change banks. Every single time I come to this location my experience is just horrible! Unfortunately I am forced to use it on occasion because the only other close location is in a fredmyers meyers. When I went in on Wednesday they only had one teller and one banker plus a line out the door. When I went in to get a replacement card the lady total messed up giving me one for my husband's card causing us much problems since he was out of state and then with out a card. The drive thru is always an awful time, and having two small children going inside is not always an option. I hate this branch and it seriously makes me want to close my account down and go to another bank!

An $8.00 fee to cash a check written on your bank just because I am not interested in banking with you! An $8.00 fee to process one legitimate check!! For what?? Talk about predatory banks. No, I won't be giving chase our business accounts when this is how they will treat employees who do not have an account with them. Legalized usury and robbery brought to you by crooked politicians and lobbyists!

It's a great bank but if you were a previous account holder and say you had bank account with them, they will not help you whatsoever no matter your needs, I had previous bank account with them but the person that supposed to help me open the account even though I have all the paperwork required she refused to open it because I needed a 3rd piece of paper and whatever I say regarding having previous account with them didn't matter to her she just shut me off just because I needed the 3rd piece of paper WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
