After waiting for our USDA loan to process for almost two months. Our loan officer, Brett Lloyd, informed us- the day before we were expected to close, that because we had noticed some imperfections in the house two months earlier- WE were responsible for fixing these issues before the bank would extend our approved loan. According to our agent this was both unorthodox and unprofessional. My husband and I do not recommend using Peoples Bank for your home loan or banking needs. (Our loan was sold to Chase before we even borrowed from people's bank.)
