Every time i use location, Kathy who is at the drive up window is the absolute worst. Her customer service is awful, she is extremely snooty. I avoid this branch whenever possible!

Don't let them put you on hold when calling branch. They will not pick it up, when I called back they asked again if I would hold I said no, they put me on hold again.

They say small banks provide better service. When it comes to Skagit State it could not be more true. I recently switched from a big bank and am more than satisfied with the quality of service. Skagit state has managed to incorporate the friendliness of the valley into a professional and responsible banking institution.
