I got a bunch of free furniture needed to move it fast, drove to uhaul in summerland to ask if i needed a credit card, they said no. YAY! Got a rental in 5 mins and left to do all my errands, and got it back in 24 hours! super awesome service.

Positively horrific. Like all U-Haul dealers they care only for money. Reserved a truck and arranged an entire moving crew for one day, and I show up and the basic answer is 'there's no truck. Sorry.' The most unhelpful lady in the world runs the shop, and she rented my reserved truck without caring that I had it reserved. I had to rent a truck much larger than what I needed for this move, which proves treacherous over the Coquihalla Highway. Absolutely dreadful.
