Not the Best Experience! There were no particular issues with the delivery although it was couple of hours late. It happens. The unit was fine. The issue was with the returning the unit. Approximately one week later I inquired if they had our damage deposit as I was under the mistaken belief they charged us. I was informed at that time that they charged us $130. $75- a broken blind which we did not break nor checked whether it was broken when we received the trailer. $50-cleaning fee after we swept the floors, wiped down counters, stove, microwave. They later claimed that it took them 2 hours to clean a 27 foot trailer! In fact they had to send out another trailer because ours was so dirty! Pretty far-fetched! $5- towels. At first I did not know what towels they were talking about. I later remembered that there were a few dish towels in the trailer which we did not use as we brought our own. Two emails asking for an explanation went unanswered. On the third email I indicated that I will dispute it with my credit card company and asked for an explanation within ten business days. They refunded $105. You can choose to believe or not believe our experience. Our suggestion is to make sure you check the trailer when you obtain it and have them go over it when you return it to prevent the bogus charges.

Just be aware that they consider you to be renting the trailers "by the night" so even if they deliver your trailer at 11:59pm you will still be charged a full day for that 1 minute. For our first day today we are being told we'll be lucky to get it at 3:30 PM and possibly much later. The first time we used RV Days the trailer was clean and in reasonably good condition. They have always had good communication any time we had a questions but we did have one issue with the billing where a typo on their part made their service seem much cheaper and once it was discovered they still made us pay the higher amount even though the issue was admittedly on their end.

Prompt delivery. Nice clean trailers with everything we needed to make our vacation experience more enjoyable. Friendly staff and helpful. It is too bad the previous review had a bad experience but ours was the opposite. I would use this company again and recommend it to my friends and family.

RV Days is poor. Trailers are rundown and broken (toilet backing up, broken fridge, blinds falling off windows, etc.). Staff are rude (swearing in front of kids, etc.) and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and rent a trailer from some other supplier and enjoy your holiday!
