Friendly staff and fair prices. My only complaint was the extra fee for winter tyres on the rental car. I was very happy they were on the car but as they are mandatory in BC for travel over any mountain passes I feel that they should be included with the rental and not an extra fee. Other than that I had a good experience and definitely will rent a car there again.

Booked a car for Friday morning 9am via Expedia - received written confirmation. They called Thursday afternoon to say they weren't sure what time car would arrive on Friday but would call right away when it did. I called at noon Friday - was told they expected the car within the hour. 4:50pm Friday rolls around. No call from Enterprise. I call them, they say no car will be available til Monday at the earliest. My car was in the shop and I was counting on this rental. Get it together Enterprise.

The young lady there was super great funny got us going quick. We had some glitches a the day before but she went above to make sure we were good. She say i had a dog she said bring her in and asked if she could gave her a treat. Like i said and it only takes 1 credit card for multiple drivers not like budget rent a car Says every extra driver over 25 needs a separate credit card to drive car. So stay away from budget rent a car in penticton they are the rudest people I’ve ever meet Enterprise gets all the stars so rent from them in penticton bc. More on budget later

This is the second time I have used this location and both times have had a great experience. On my latest visit they provided me with a vehicle far above the grade I had booked and also offered me a ride after I dropped off which was unexpected. Thank you.

I believe the lady that helped us was Renae. She was incredibly friendly and informative. She also came to pick us up too which we really appreciated.

Braun and staff were very accommodating, had our vehicle ready and clean when we arrived. No problems at all. I recommend them and will use them again.

I have a rental through my insurance as my vehicle is in the shop. Got the extra insurance since I don't have windshield coverage through my insurance and they lent me a Ford Expedition Expensive windshield. I told the guy that rented me the Expedition that I wanted to return the vehicle on Saturday so I didn't have to pay extra for the insurance over the weekend. I ASKED HIM if they were open Saturday, he said yes and that was no problem. Now I see that they are closed Saturday. You'd think a person who works there would know when they are open or not, my fault for trusting the guy and not double checking myself. Now I have to return it before I go to work out of town on Monday, and take an hour off work to do so!!

We ordered a Suv over a week ago .And they said they only thing they had was a mini van when we got there. We did not want a mini van . Also not impressed it had a quarter tank of gas in it . When we asked about the gas they said just bring it back with a quarter tank . So what we had to fill it up , and what are we going to do if we dont use all the gas siphon the rest out. Not the service me expected. The lady who worked there was very nice. If we weren't in a hurry we would have gone somewhere else. Ans they had a suv sitting on the lot aswell. Won't be back.

Great service. They were able to secure a vehicle that fit my needs. Billed my insurance company directly.
