Very frustrating dealing with them. Not really into helping the customer if it means they have to do more work. Not entirely honest claiming that we couldn't exchange (downsize) our vehicle as there were none available but same cars still sitting at the lot not rented. They upgraded to another class if vehicle then insurance needed to be purchased as it wasn't covered by standard insurance like the one I requested. Bit of a scam . Buyer beware as always with Budget.
