Way overpriced and misleading. Burned twice now. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Ashley at the reservation center was very professional and helpful. Also too another gentleman that I unfortunately did not get his name. With the stress of my travel coming up. I have to say the staff at this Budget made things a lot less stressful. Thank you. Excellent service.

Very helpful staff, car was nice and clean. Just disappointed that particular Budget didn't honour Good Sam Card.

Not impressed with the free truck rental with storage locker. Was not informed of all of the fee's I would need to pay for the 'free' truck. I was not told I needed to put $350 down until the day of rental. Was not told of additional driver charge. Was not told about the gas up charge. Also I had my truck booked for 4 hours (from 8-12) I showed up 15 mins early so I could do the paperwork and be ready with the truck at 8. They didn't open until 8. By the time paperwork was done it was 8:20 and he said the truck still had to be back for 12. So my four hour rental was really 3.5 hours. I will be using uhaul from now on for any other moving truck needs.
