Tirecraft Summerland

As a new resident to Summerland, I had to deal with that internal stress deciding which service centre I could trust with my car. I decided on Tirecraft because of the online reviews and some discussions I had with locals. WOW - did I score. This operation completely focuses on the customer. Although my car was only in for general maintenance, when I drove away I felt I was in a new car. Greg reviewed with me the work they did and what I needed to keep an eye on. Great people and service - So happy I found them.

This morning I went for a change over on rims. The treatment I received was amazing! Char was kind and helpful, made me feel very at ease. The service was done in under 30 minutes and they bagged my winter tires without me even asking! Checked my brakes when the tires were off as well! Great team here at this shop. I highly recommend them, I’ll definitely be back!

Always competent, knowledgeable, friendly family business....a pleasure to keep my business local. Stopped by today as I had a tire sensor come on, assisted right away & found a screw in between treads.‍ Early a.m. drop-in to fix the tire tomorrow. Thank You Tirecraft for your super service!!! They accidentally replaced the thing on the wrong side. I got a free install and parts, because they took responsibility and offered me this. They did a great job on both repairs and all since. I bought 'em a case. Van drives real smooth. Prices are well within market rates.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My wife and I had just driven from Vancouver to Penticton for a vacation when our car's alternator decided to melt down. Tirecraft basically saved our trip. They were able to squeeze us in for a diagnostic almost immediately, has the new part delivered and installed by the next day, and gave us a loaner car to use in the meantime. They were also incredibly friendly, noticed a few more issues that they fixed for the cost of the parts <$50, and the price for everything was completely reasonable. THANK YOU!

Brought in a vehicle that had not been driven for about a year to get checked out before taking it on a 1300km journey. They got the vehicle into the shop in under an hour, had a mechanic put it on a hoist and check it out. It had to have been in there for the better part of an hour. They only charged me for the litre of transmission fluid that it took! Incredible service not usually seen these days. Wish I was local as they would get all of my business!
