My experience was very good. People were nice. They had a nice vehicle for me to rent which I enjoyed driving. The interaction was very quick, the car was warm too (very cold day). They gave me a ride to and from where my car was getting fixed. So my only complaint was in a parking lot full of cars, there was only one vehicle, an SUV, they could rent me which was $10 over what MPI allowed. Really?

The vehicle was immaculate and a dream to Drive. The Manager (Kevin) was couteous and professional. Got us on our way in a flash. It was a very positive experience. We will definaltely rent again the next time my wife crunches our vehicle.
