Horrible customer service when we didn’t have a car we needed walk back to enterprise from Walmart cause we needed wait a hour for a bus. They give us wrong information on the phone made us waste our time waking.

WORST car rental place I've ever been to! Please avoid! The staff here are not concerned for the prompt needs of customers and will lie to you and make you wait for hours. Terrible service!

Im a regular enterprise customer who was considering stopping my month to month regular rentals. I wasn't happy with the vehicles I was driving and I asked to drive a specific vehicle which wasn't in stock and Candace was very helpful and said as soon as we have one I'll get you in it. The next day I came in and saw they had one and found out she called the staff working and informed them to make sure they get me in one. No troubles no complications. Im very happy with my experience and I've dealt with many locations and employees and it great to know there are a few who go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Thanks Candace!

My experience was great, they really hustle to meet your needs.  I needed a last minute rental right when they opened, they found a vehicle and picked me up within 20 Minutes.
