Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was nice and friendly. The car was a disappointment, picked up a Ford Edge and it was filthy. Found a finger nail in the drink holder, muddy hand print on the dash and the entire interior had a film that made it smell and a little sticky to the touch. They were apologetic and switched the vehicle, the second one was slightly better but still had a bad smell and the windshield was never cleaned from day one.

It used to be best service providing location couple of months back. But, now service is very poor, emplyees are not professional. Delay in service, they even sent me to different location to get the car.

I rented a vehicle on the 19th of december returned that on the 23rd of december put the key in dropped box,enterprise still charged me 182$ for 3 extra days,my point is dont you have camera’s around that can tell you when the vehicle was returned,have been trying to convince the location that it is been returned on the 23rd,see the camera recording yourself but no luck so far,its been an awful experience,i used to be a happy enterprise customer ,but not anymore.

They told us wrong information on the phone and we didn’t have a car couldn’t wait a hour from Walmart to there so we walk and lady at desk was very rude and told us she said right information and lie.

Rented a small car for one month and the staff didn’t tell me there was a young driver fee. If I would’ve known, the $330 could’ve been avoided.
