Service was good but...

The insistence on charging $17.99 a day for insurance when MPI rental insurance is $1.99 a day is kinda silly. I informed the another customer of this during my visit and was encouraged to leave. Not a good policy. :)

Just avoid this location. Walked in there once and I found out what exactly happened to the Jersey Shore cast. Enterprize hired them. Nothing but cheap unfitted suits and bad haircuts. Haircuts so bad that make Trump's hair look flawless. Definite letdown. This is what happens when you don't know what professional is and you half ass it together.

Used to go to another Enterprise location in the city. One day only vehicle the other location had needed an oil change (i was going on a long drive) so they called up Ellice and told me to go there. Was a bit of a pain but only a 10 minute drive so was fine to do so. Got my car from Ellice and was on my way. Returned car a few days later and without me even asking gave me a discount for the original inconvenience. Really unexpected and haven't forgot that. Have rented from Ellice location ever since - lots of vehicles and always get vehicle class I rented (important when you need a fuel efficient vehicle). Always quick to get everything sorted and friendly staff.

Great people great service. When I travel accross Canada I always go with Enterprise. They have never failed me no matter what Province I am in.
