Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very professional, patient and down to earth representative. A very good experience... not the case with their U.S counterpart who booked the appointment ovee the phone.

This is a great place to rent a vehicle. I have always been treated honestly and the staff have been friendly and helpful. They were not overly concerned that perhaps a few more litres should have been in the tank. They do not try to accuse me of any damage. They were a little late picking me up, but that was due to sudden and unforeseen demand that they could not have predicted.

They did not have the vehicle I requested, disappeared to the back and left me standing in the entry for 20 minutes without giving me any information. Just walked out in the end, terrible service. Google didn’t let me rate it 0 stars which is what it deserved

Enterprise online reservation is not worth the paper its printed on. I reserved a rental online and received a confirmation number, I called to arrange a pick up and I was informed there were no vehicles available, the representative I spoke to did not seem bothered that I had a confirmed reservation she also stated she called me on a number that was not in service even though my reservation clearly shows my new number on it. I have been a long time customer and I have had rentals in the past for upto 2 months with enterprise when I am on official fed govt assignment. This is the last time they are ever going to get any business from me i was not happy with the way the representative handled my reservation and apparent lack of concern or care.
