My very good friend and I always go to different places for lunch. We looked at the menu and decided, on June 1st, to drive to Port Dover from Welland to have lunch at 211 Main.nnI love the outside from the 3 tier wood patios, the set up, seating, umbrellas, flowers and size.nThe inside is open to the patio, nice interior, bar, the seating. We decided to sit outside it was such a beautiful day.nnWe started with drinks. My friend had a Caesar and I had a Campfire Martini: Vodka, Galliano, Crème de Cacao, Rum Chata, Roasted Marshmallow….whoa this was soooooo good. I’ve never heard or had this drink anywhere. This was a first … … and won’t be my last …. nnWe were hungry so we shared an App; Pear and Prosciutto Flatbread. I don’t eat meat so I gave my friend my Prosciutto. It was very good. nnFor my main, I had an Apple Brie Chicken Grilled Cheese on Sourdough… IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! , with salad on the side.nnMy friend had a very delicious burger with sweet potato fries.nnA special shout-out to Emira. Excellent service, very attentive, a real sweetheart. Thank you Emira you made our day so much fun.nnEmira’s a definite asset to your establishment.nnWhen we come here again for a great lunch and service, we’ll make sure Emira is working that day.nnI highly recommend 211 Main. Great food, ambience and service.

Great food. The wonton nachos were delicious, had spicy jalapenos sprinkled and this took it to another level. The apple butter and wasabi, perfect. Haddock and fries, fantastic crispy batter and fish in every break of crust. Poutine with gravy, was loved. Nice size portions, for lunch. Washed down with a great, served cold pinta of the brown nectar. Our server, was attentive to our every need, down to providing a side of Tabasco sauce and drinks refilled.

Very nice atmosphere inside and out on the patio! Great service thanks Riley! Food was really good, had the ceasar with chicken. It was tossed perfectly and the chicken was tender and nice and warm. My wife had the burrito bowl she said it was delicious.

Really nice place.nThe manager is hands on which reflects well with his staff because they were all great.nWe ordered beers and several apps and it was all very tasty and presented well.nThe five of us really enjoyed it and will be back.nnGood servicenGood foodnGood place

The food was good here, but it was more oily than I thought it would be even though it was fish and chips. The pizza was okay as well but not a traditional margherita. The atmosphere is great when you are on the patio on a nice night.
