Twin City Cleaners

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REGARDS TO CLIENT ISSUES. Typically I've had excellent service from this company. Recently my comforter was ripped during a dry cleaning service. I am still waiting for a refund to be issued after over of month of trying to get in touch with the right people who know how to handle customer service issues. ANYONE HAVE ANY MPLS DRY CLEANERS THEY LOVE & RECOMMEND? I'm looking for a new one.

We've used this dry cleaner several times and they did a fine job. We recently took two pair of pants with salad dressing stains on them and marked the stains with blue tape (as we always do). Both pair of pants were returned with new stains in different spots -- odd looking blue/green stains. The cleaner put a tag on the hangers indicating they couldn't get the stains out -- the stains they put there. They would not make the situation right, which would mean replacing the pants. The person in charge essentially said we made the stains, and that the whole load would have been stained with blue/green "stuff", and they don't use anything like that. He took no responsibility at all. We won't return here, and it's another example of why you and the cleaner should look at every piece of clothing you leave there to be cleaned.

This place is very environmentally friendly.They don't use any toxic chemicals. All my clothes have came back better than before. I would trust them with my most delicate pieces. It is one of the best dry cleaners place I've ever been to! Their prices are very reasonable and affordable, nothing compares to Twin City Cleaners quality and kindness. The first day I walked in, the employees were very nice and respectful. I asked many questions regarding my clothes being cleaned and altered, they answered all of the questions I needed to be answered. I really loved this cleaners and I promise you will love it the day you walk in.

I had to get 3 suits cleaned up and I had a ketchup on one of my shirt and the a wine stain on my other shirt and i got it back as if all my shirts and suits were just bought. Their job is just amazing. Amazing service 5+ stars. The employees are nice. I would recommend it to everybody I know. And they have great deals. It's my go-to spot for dry cleaning.

Do not go here. Brought in about 6 sweaters a couple dress shirts, a couple pants, and a suit. Stain on suit lapel, tear on dress shirt, one sweater with a stain on it, one sweater had cat hair all over it, and the pants both had creases and wrinkles. Basically, I don't think they cleaned anything and somehow made my clothes worse. I paid over $100 to have them ruin my clothes. Don't ever go here.
