American Rug Laundry

Let me be the first to admit that I know next to nothing about rugs. I was sent on a mission so I dropped some rugs off and I picked them up later but my other half seemed pleased with the results so I would say they did well. It also seems that they are the go to place in the twin cities for getting your rugs done. Personally, I just like the super old school vibe of the place and all of the folks that we interacted with were nice and knowledgeable.

Wow we didn't know the colors were so vibrant. Plus rebound warn edges. Turns out it is a handmade valuable rug that we will trust to you again.

Have been using American Rug Laundry for several years and their rug cleaning, customer service and the entire experience is 5 star. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all MY RUGS LOOK LIKE NEW. Thanks for a job well done. MAW

There is no other company I would trust with my rugs. Every rug comes back clean and looking like new! Also, customer service is outstanding. 5 stars! T

I was moving and wanted to have an area rug cleaned as my dog had a couple of accidents on it. American was easy to work with picked up and delivered the rug as promised. The cleaning they did was good..since the stains were a bit old most of what was there was removed with only a slight sign of remaining stain..if I didn't know it was there it would be hard to see. The forewarned me they would do their best and it show, Would recommend them for any area rugs that need TLC.
