I have never had a quality issue with this dry cleaner. I did have an issue with the date of the item being late. I was annoyed because the representative said they could not help me. After a poor review I was contacted by a company representative. They gave me a credit for my visit. If they are going to be late on delivery it would be preferred to get a call or text that there was a delay.

Called for a quick quote on a single item. Got put on hold, yelled at, and then getting the actual answer was like pulling teeth. I'll be washing my item elsewhere.

I'm not really big into the idea of letting somebody else wash my clothes and rifle through my pockets. However, here they did it very cheaply, and I didn't have to make an appointment. It was fast, and fairly simple. I truly appreciate how easy it was to get started.

I showed up at 6:56 p.m. to a closed dry cleaner and the gentleman inside would not provide service. I won't go back. Ever.

First time going there, people were friendly and got my clothes back in decent amount of time. Would definitely recommend!
