I had a time sensitive order, which they were well aware of. I took my order in on 4/25, the invoice states it was ready on 5/2, it is now 5/6. Took over 12 days to receive my order. I called to check on the status, and she says they have been ready. They should have called to tell me my order was ready after I had spent over $200.00 on the order. Poor customer service. I will not be back.

Absolutely the worst cleaners I've ever used. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. A simple spot removing was totally a failure.

Took in wool dress pants and one pair didn't even look like it had been cleaned. The pants leg creases were off on both, resulting in double creases. Pretty disappointing.

Clean & Press sucks!  I have them multiple chances to right their wrongs.  All they do is spray a little starch on your garments, run an iron over it an call it clean. Same stains are present and shirts still smell lie yesterday's cologne.  There should be an option to give no stars because they don't one.
