I've been taking my clothes here because of convenience and low cost. I would say that they do a fine a job with clothes that aren't black. Anything black has come out terrible. It either fades it so it looks heavily used or they can't get stains out because the black will "run" into the other colors. I bring all of my blacks to Mulberry's as they always keep my blacks looking new and no problems with "running" colors. Would recommend for items that aren't black (as I continue to bring mine there).

I had a jacket cleaned and a button replaced. The service took 2 weeks and when I got the jacket back, they had replaced the wrong button, left the original button hole still open and the jacket was not fully clean. The young girl working was kind but could do nothing to help, nor could the adult working when I called back for a refund days later...The manager may be more successful if she rethinks how the business is run, I surely won't go back.
