Clean'n'Press

I brought in 2 coats to this establishment and one was of them was stained. I asked the person working if they can clean it, she told me they can because they will clean it up to three times to clean it if I'm not satisfied. When I pick up my coats the lady that was there try to rush me out. I told her I need to check if they're cleaned first. When I checked it was the same way I gave them to them. Even the one not stained wasn't cleaned well. I told her the lady I wan't a refund. She said she couldn't do a refund and i needed to fill out some papers so she can send them to the manager. I fill them out and told that i will call back to see when I'm getting my refund. I called today spoke to a rude Katrina person who said she will have the manager call me back. This man called me trying to make all the excuses about why they couldn't get them cleaned. I told him if you guys couldn't get it cleaned then they should give me my money back. He said he will not give my money back they don't do that. This is a place I have taken my clothes too for more than 10 years, but not anymore. The owner is one of the worst people I have ever spoken to, this business needs to close because they are thieves.

I have had the worst experience with this establishment! I gave them a second chance as sometimes things happen... Well my bad! They proved that they do not care about their customers concerns when their customers special instructions are once again completely ignored! I will not continue to bring my clothing here! This place will put a crease where ever they want! No creases.. Nope! That's not possible here's two! Please do not take anything here you find of value or are needing to wear without them asking for another chance to fix it!

I have had very good service there, and also have been getting picked up and delivered. All good for several years. One time I had an embroidered shirt get messed up, and they took care of me....

Clean'n'Press in Maple Grove is the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and very affordable prices with efficient work. Two thumbs up!!
