The Tulabi Falls and Campground are stunning and I will definitely return. It offers beautiful hiking, waterfalls and very nice camp sites. The road in is very rough and made pulling a camper a nightmare. We encountered two people with blown tires. The outhouses are clean but with no lights of any kind made it difficult to see. Having no hand sanitizer though is unacceptable. Receptacles were there but were empty and never filled over our four day stay. A source of running water should be available somewhere. The one hand pump well was marked "out of order".
Terrible experience 1. Road is Terrible! You driving 40 minutes trying to avoid bumps and holes. You can break your trailer easily. We pay a camping fee and government can't fix a road? Where all the money go? 2. No water...at all. Single pump is broken. No showers. 3. Washroomsnon modern no water, no hand sanitizer, dirty and stinky. You need to hold a breath while using it. 4. Beach is tiny and full of leeches Seriously this place is not worth it.
Very beautiful, but the public bathrooms aren't kept very clean and there's no showers/water. Also the beach has leeches so be aware of that before swimming. Otherwise very enjoyable, just not ideal for any long term stays!
Amazing place to camp! Roads a bit hard to drive down but the place is gorgeous. Best lakes to swim in, beautiful falls, very cool
Very remote, quiet and peaceful campground, nice beach , awesome trails . Tulabi falls view was breathtaking , very natural , long drive on gravel road worth it Playground: Nice sized playground near the beach
The drive in is a little rough on the washboard dirt road, but well worth the drive. Beautiful campground. No water station, but plenty of garbage cages and recycling bins. Park attendants are kind and very knowledgeable of the area.
Had an awesome 3 night camping trip! Everything is close by and within walking distance. Campsite was private with lots of daytime shade.
What a beautiful place. I've stayed in three yurts in ManitobaCamp Morton, Stephen field and now tulabi falls tulabi falls is by far the nicest. Awesome hike trail towards the falls. The yurt we stayed in was more hidden and quiet. A great place to get away and relax. Awesome if you have canoe or kayak as the lake isn't busy. Would for sure stay here again in yurt 6.
It's Manitoba's hidden gem!!! One of the most beautiful places! Very quiet and private campsites, very close to the beach. You have to bring your own water with you, but it's not a problem at all! Store with basic needs and firewood is near by. Sites, washrooms and beach are very clean and well maintained! Thanks !
Overall I enjoyed my experience here. It was very peaceful and campers were all respectful of quiet time hours. I used a citronella candle at my site and it kept most of the bugs away. The views were beautiful and I really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the rapids in the background. The non-modern washrooms weren't an issue for me but they didn't have any hand sanitizer so bring your own. The "beach" was hardly a beach and I didn't go in after reading people say there are leeches in the water. The road was OK for the most part. The last 5km or so is when it gets very bad and I would strongly urge people to take it slow and just be mindful... don't let the speedy pickup trucks intimidate you to go faster than you're comfortable with lol Also note that Site 1 Bay 4 is advertised online as being private but it is NOT PRIVATE at all.
