Falcon Lake Beach Campground

We love camping there so much we are going back twice this summer 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August. This provincial park is kept up so well and we have taken up kayaking. We have been to quite a few privately owned parks and had bad experiences of loud drunk people past 12 o'clock midnight. We tell everyone about Falcon lake and last summer our friends joined us

Grassy campsites which were important for us. Each had a picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were simple but clean. Pay showers. Very old dated playgrounds. Some campsites were nicely spaced but many were like sardines. Ours was great cuz it was for campers but tents were allowed. Cute town with nice restaurants, a very nice grocery store, and a hardware store that had everything one would need for camping. Buy firewood out of town as it is soooo expensive.

Great price . Flat sites . Very open . Almost urban. Really nice facilities but I was surprised to find I had to bring coins to use the shower. Very quiet the night we visited.

A nice place. A decent mix of sheltered and open sites as well as RV and tenting sites. Clise to the beach, the store and restaurants.

This is more like a huge municipal campground rather than a Provincial Park. You are sandwiched in with absolutely no privacy. The next campsite's sewer was next to our picnic table. It seems to be the place to go for families with small children since it is right in the town of Falcon and has a sand beach. But if you want to relax in nature this is not the place to be.
